The latest searches in Ulyanovsk once again demonstrate the systematic work of the enforcement agency. A joint team of bailiffs and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate (ГИБДД) conducted targeted checks. As part of this operation, approximately 600 vehicles were checked for outstanding debts. The measures led to the seizure of a total of 38 vehicles classified as the property of debtors. Furthermore, during the process, payments were collected from the debtors, with the recovered amounts exceeding 700,000 rubles. The seizure of property is, by definition, a measure of compulsory enforcement. For citizens who wish to check their debt status, there are clear ways; this is possible, for example, through the Federal Bailiff Service (ФССП) or via the Gosuslugi platform. Overall, these searches illustrate the ongoing mechanisms of the state collection system, which relies on the liquidation of assets to settle outstanding liabilities.
