The impressive property comprises 28,945 square meters of agricultural land, which is additionally crossed by salt marshes. Particularly noteworthy is the natural environment of the site: The area borders the North Sea and features a wide reed belt. Although the land is not suitable for building a villa, its primary use is expected to remain agricultural. The minimum purchase price for the auction has been set at 49,000 Euros.
