A unique agricultural parcel in Morsum on the island of Sylt is about to undergo a historic auction. The auction will take place in Berlin on September 24th by German Property Auctions AG. The impressive property comprises 28,945 square meters of agricultural land, which is additionally crossed by salt marshes. Particularly noteworthy is the natural environment of the site: The area borders the North Sea and features a wide reed belt. Although the land is not suitable for building a villa, its primary use is expected to remain agricultural. The minimum purchase price for the auction has been set at 49,000 Euros.
