Tatyana Essaulenko Appointed Deputy Chairman of the Development Company of the Novosibirsk Region
Tatyana Essaulenko has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Development Company of the Novosibirsk Region following Olga Molchanova's departure. Essaulenko brings relevant experience in municipal and regional areas. Alexander Zyryanov remains Chairman, although he has been in custody since June 2024.
Tatyana Essaulenko has been appointed the new Deputy Chairman of the Development Company of the Novosibirsk Region. This appointment follows the resignation of Olga Molchanova from the executive position. Alexander Zyryanov remains Chairman of the Board, but has been in custody since June 2024.
Essaulenko brings experience in municipal and regional structures. Her previous career includes, among other things, the management of Krasnoobska and the management of a logistics park. Furthermore, she was Deputy Chairman of the Company from 2023 to 2025.
This filling of the leadership positions marks a change in regional corporate governance, with the existing structures being maintained by Essaulenko's representation.
