Tatarstan rewards teachers for academic achievements in the Tatar language

The government of Tatarstan has approved monthly incentives for teachers of the Tatar language. The goal of this initiative is to increase the quality of teaching in the Tatar language and literature. The awards are given for achievements in republican and international Olympiads. To be eligible for recognition, teachers must have coached students who have achieved outstanding results at the republican or international level. The recipients of the award are teachers working in state and municipal schools. The corresponding reward for preparing winners and prize-winners is 115 thousand rubles. Payments will be made annually to the 13 best specialists, whose selection is monitored by the Ministry of Education and Science.
