The fifth National Gastronomy Festival "Flavors of Russia" recently took place in Moscow and established itself as a significant platform for showcasing Russian regional delicacies. This edition featured a total of 400 participants from 76 different regions, displaying an impressive assortment of over 7,000 products.

Particular attention was paid to producers from Smolensk, including local suppliers such as "Podvorye Bolshakov" and the enterprise "Cosmic Snail." Visitors were able not only to taste local specialties but also to participate in master classes and enjoy traditional folklore performances.

This festival underscores the promotion of regional food brands and the rich gastronomic traditions of Smolensk. Above all, the event serves to strengthen regional food brands as part of a state program, thus functioning not only as a marketplace but also as an important cultural and economic showcase for the region's culinary diversity.
