SFRA Khakassia Guidelines for Assigning Civil Pensions for Military Personnel

SFRA Khakassia Guidelines for Assigning Civil Pensions for Military Personnel

SFRA Khakassia has issued guidelines for civil pensions for military personnel. Eligibility requires meeting the retirement age, having 15 years of service outside duty, and accumulating 30 pension units. Applications can be filed through 'Gosuslugi', SFRA customer services, or the MFC.

The SFRA Khakassia department has established the criteria and procedure for military personnel applying for a civil pension. According to the new guidelines, three prerequisites are necessary for eligibility: First, the established retirement age must be reached. Furthermore, a minimum of 15 years of insurance service outside of active duty is required. Another important point is the requirement that applicants must accumulate an individual pension coefficient of 30 units.

The submission of applications is designed to be flexible and can be done through various channels. Applications can be submitted via 'Gosuslugi', SFRA customer services, or the MFC. An essential aspect for the personnel is the confirmation that receiving a second pension does not void the first, thereby preserving military benefits.

These guidelines aim to create a clear framework for the transition from military to civil support and comprehensively reflect the rights of the personnel.
