Russian Air Defense Destroys 148 UAVs in Several Regions
On the night of June 23, Russian air defense forces destroyed 148 fixed-wing UAVs across multiple regions, including Belgorod, Bryansk, and the Black Sea areas. Local impacts included deaths and injuries in Krasnodar, and damage to residential buildings in Rostov.
Several sources report that Russian air defense forces successfully intercepted and destroyed 148 fixed-wing UAVs on the night of June 23. The operations spanned several areas, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov, Krasnodar, the Krasnodar Krai, and Crimea. Additionally, air defense units operated over the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea.
In connection with the attacks, there were reports of local impacts: In the Krasnodar area, two people died and two were injured, and an oil refinery caught fire there. In the Rostov region, reports stated that approximately 30 drones were shot down, causing damage to residential buildings.
