Residents of Volgograd: Warning about Deadlines for Film Documentation of Drone Attacks
Seit Februar 2025 besteht in der Region Wolgograd ein strenges Verbot des Filmens von militärischen Objekten, einschließlich Drohnenangriffszonen und Luftverteidigungssystemen. Die Verbreitung von Daten über Drohnentypen, Flugbahnen oder Startpunkten ist verboten, da Verstöße mit Strafen bis hin zu Anklagen wegen Hochverrats geahndet werden können.
Since February 2025, a comprehensive ban has been issued in the Volgograd region concerning the recording and dissemination of any data related to military facilities and, in particular, drone attacks. The current restrictions are far-reaching and aim to protect sensitive information.
According to the current regulation, filming objects associated with the special military operation is prohibited. This explicitly includes UAV attack sites, air defense infrastructure, and general military facilities.
Furthermore, the publication of data that identifies the type of drone, its flight path, or the exact launch site is punishable. The dissemination of data regarding the positions of air defense systems is also forbidden.
Violations of these regulations can have serious consequences. Depending on the severity of the violation, administrative fines or even serious criminal penalties may be threatened. The dissemination of information about air defense positions is particularly critical, as this can be considered treason (Article 275) under certain circumstances. Citizens are therefore strongly urged to observe these legal frameworks.
