The Radical Anti Smartphone Front (RASF) protests against the excessive consumption of smartphones. Instead of demanding a complete rejection of the technology, the movement's focus is on promoting a conscious use of digital devices. The movement's manifesto emphasizes that mobile phones should be used as tools and not merely as attention-grabbing machines. Its overarching goal is therefore to promote conscious and self-determined use of technology, not its abandonment. A central element of the RASF is the encouragement of real interactions instead of screen time, which is visible, among other things, through public posters with messages such as "Love instead of Likes." The movement aims to generally promote more conscious digital habits. Interestingly, the movement's initial focus was on the effects on children. Benno Flügel is one of the co-founders who launched this initiative ten years ago.
