The accident occurred in the Wischnevolotsky district on the M-10 "Russia" federal highway near the 310th kilometer. Involved were a Volvo truck, driven by a man born in 1967, and a pedestrian, a woman born in 1939. After the collision, the victim was initially hospitalized, but her life could ultimately not be saved. The incident once again highlights the dangers lurking in traffic.
