A massive wildfire named "Hawk Fire" has led to the evacuation of approximately 90,000 people in Nevada and threatens areas near Reno. Given the dramatic situation, Governor Joe Lombardo declared a state of emergency for Washoe County and mobilized the National Guard for firefighting efforts. The spread of the fire was significantly worsened by strong winds and dry vegetation, causing the fire to expand over 60 square kilometers. Due to the danger, important infrastructures, including parts of Route 395, had to be closed. Reports indicate injuries among both civilians and first responders.
