In the current evaluation for 2025, Krasnoyarsk Krai has a poor ranking regarding the availability of housing and utility services. The analysis highlights the financial burden on households in the region. According to the data, households in Krasnoyarsk Krai spend an average of 8,162 rubles on utility services. This amount corresponds to 11.6% of total income, which is significantly above the all-Russian average of 9.8%. Compared to other parts of the country, other regions show better availability values. Specifically, Dagestan, Astrakhan Oblast, and Ingushetia are identified as leading regions in availability. However, there are also regions with particularly high costs: Residents of Murmansk and the Magadan Oblast pay the highest amounts for utility services.
