Hansa Rostock reduces debt to Obotritia Capital KGaA by 9.5 million euros

Hansa Rostock has reduced its debt to Obotritia Capital KGaA by 9.5 million euros. This figure combines an eight million euro payment from July and a 1.5 million euro write-down. Rolf Elgeti confirmed that the remaining debt will be fully settled by 2030.
The football club Hansa Rostock has taken a significant step towards debt reduction. Specifically, the liability to Obotritia Capital KGaA has been reduced by a total of 9.5 million euros. This reduction consists of a payment of eight million euros made in July and a write-down from Obotritia Capital KGaA amounting to approximately 1.5 million euros. With this transaction, the owner of the club, Rolf Elgeti, marks an important milestone in the financial restart of the club. He confirmed to the public that the remaining debt burden is scheduled to be paid off completely by 2030.
