The capabilities of the digital assistant Robot Max have been significantly expanded in the Kursk Region, supported by the national project "Data Economy." With this expansion, the user can now receive consultations on obtaining permits for cultural heritage sites, with detailed requirements and necessary documents being displayed. Furthermore, the assistant provides information about Protected Natural Areas (PNAs) and details the objectives of data collection. Users learn through the system the exact procedure for requesting information about PNAs. This service is available 24/7 for authorized users, thus ensuring continuous support.
