The city of Ulyanovsk is preparing for an intensive cultural week. From August 28th to 30th, the 4th International Festival and Forum of Arts "Arcadia. Unity" will take place. The event begins on August 28th with a special program, "Arcadia. Night." On August 29th, not only will the A. Plastov Museum reopen, but visitors can also expect vibrant street culture. Along the riverside promenades, street performances will begin with a carnival parade. Another highlight for young artists is the youth theater, whose summer garden is hosting the event "Museum – Music Without Borders." In total, eight ensembles from various cities will participate in the street events, ensuring a diverse cultural offering.
