The opening hours vary depending on the location. In Tambow and some other cities, the service is open from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. At the Michurinsk location, the consultation hours are extended and last until 3:30 PM. However, in rural and working settlements, a reduced schedule applies from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
