29 Individual Residential Buildings Realized in the Belgorod Region via Escrow Account
In der Region Belgorod wurden seit Anfang 2026 mittels eines Treuhandkontosystems 29 Einzelwohngebäude mit insgesamt 2,9 Tausend Quadratmetern fertiggestellt. Parallel dazu bauen 29 Bauträger im Rahmen der nationalen Initiative „Infrastruktur für das Leben“ 85 private Wohnhäuser, was einer Gesamtfläche von 9,6 Tausend Quadratmetern entspricht.
Since the beginning of 2026, a total of 29 individual residential buildings (IHS) have been completed in the Belgorod region, with a total area of 2.9 thousand square meters. This process utilizes an escrow account system that protects client funds until the construction work meets the specified conditions.
Parallel to these completed projects, 29 developers are currently active, constructing a total of 85 private residential units. The total area generated by these developers as part of the national initiative "Infrastructure for Life" amounts to 9.6 thousand square meters.
This combination of already completed units and ongoing construction projects underscores the continuous construction start in the Belgorod region and points to a targeted, state-supported expansion of living space.
